One of the busiest seasons is quickly approaching.  Before we prepare for it, let’s take a minute to look at this picture and be thankful for what we are blessed with…children, faith, friendships, good health, laughter and the joy of sharing these every day.  Here at Bridges, we are focusing on all we have and remembering to be thankful for it.  Click November Newsletter to see what we have in store for this month.

Our First Week

9/9

Week one has ended  and if you go to the Gallery you can look at all the fun we had.

You would never know this is the beginning of a new year.  Our staff works very hard at making sure each child feels comfortable and important.  They did a fabulous job!  They are a great bunch of ladies and we’re lucky to have them.

Thanks also goes to you, the parents, for giving us such great students.  Without your help at home, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish all we do.  Job well done!

Thank You Fireman Nick

It is so nice when people take time from their busy schedule to visit our school.  Today Fireman Nick (Antonia’s Daddy) spent his day teaching our children about fire safety.  He showed them all his gear and explained the importance of each item.  He attempted to create a mock rescue so the children can see what it feels and looks like to see a firefighter in full gear.  He even had Ms. Roberta try on his jacket so she could see just how heavy it truly is.  His easy manner and warm smile encouraged the children to tell their own stories and ask questions.  We want to thank Fireman Nick and his family for sharing such an important topic with us.

You can visit the Gallery to see more pictures of Fireman Nick, his family and our students.
